Imbassaí Breezes has 10 apartments, 5 on the ground floor and 5 on the 1st floor.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils). Total area: 86 m². Accommodates up to 4 people (adults and children), one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds.

Apartment configuration:

- Ground floor or superior apartment with air and TV - 2 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms (1 suite) with air conditioning, 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living room with sofa and flat screen TV. Total area: 86 m².

Kitchen configuration: 1 stove with oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave

Suite 1 - 1 double bed (138x188)

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds (88x188) - can be joined by prior request

Maximum accommodation: 4 adults + 2 children up to 6 years (using beds, equipment, sheets and towels available).

Visitors: up to 4 visitors per day, accessing only the guest apartment.More visitors> only with prior authorization from the management of Imbassaí Breeze.

Wi-Fi Internet: only in common areas and on the balconies of the apartments - included in the price

TV channels: TV channels must be hired separately, please consult prices.

Bed and bath linen: included in the price - one change for stays up to 6 nights, 2 changes for stays over 7 nights

Cleaning during the stay: not included in the price. Separate hiring upon prior consultation.

Meals: not included in the price.(we do not provide breakfast).

Furniture entry: furniture entry is not permitted at Imbassaí Breeze.

Pets: upon prior consultation and payment of a fee.

Parking: outdoor

Use of the common area: only people staying. Visitors - only with prior authorization from management.

Good coexistence rules: Imbassaí Breeze favors rest. We would like to thank all guests who respect the rules established in the place, namely avoiding music and / or excessive noise. It is not allowed to put sound in the common areas.Silent hours: 8pm to 8am.

- Check in (check-in time): from 2 pm to 4 pm - by appointment

- Check out (departure time): from 8:00 to 12:00

Circulation for access to the apartments should only be done using masks.

Reservation: to reserve, we appreciate the payment of 50% of the reservation amount. Remaining amount paid on arrival.

Payment methods: credit card, Banco Bradesco deposit.
