Maximum accommodation in 1 bedroom apartment Room: 2 adults + 1 child up to 6 years old (using available beds, equipment, sheets and towels).

Maximum accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment: 4 adults + 2 children up to 6 years old (using available beds, equipment, sheets and towels).

Visitors: up to 4 visitors per day, accessing only the guest apartment. More visitors > only with prior authorization from the Imbassaí Breeze management.

Wi-Fi Internet: only in common areas and on the balconies of the apartments - included in the price

TV Channels: TV channels must be contracted separately, check prices.

Bed linen and towels: included in the price - one change for stays of up to 6 nights, 2 changes for stays longer than 7 nights

Cleaning during the stay: not included in the price. Separate contract upon prior consultation.

Meals: not included in the price. (we do not offer breakfast).

Furniture entry: furniture is not permitted at Imbassaí Breeze.

Pets: upon prior consultation and payment of a fee.

Parking: external

Use of common area: for guests only. Visitors - only with prior authorization from the administration.

Rules for a good coexistence: Imbassaí Breeze prioritizes rest. We would like to thank all guests who respect the rules established on site, namely avoiding excessive music and/or noise. No sound is allowed in common areas. Quiet hours: 8pm to 8am.
